Happix Media Productions is celebrating a huge milestone, and this giveaway is our way of inviting London couples to celebrate with us. Over the past year, we've seen how much joy our photos and films bring to our clients, and we want more local couples to experience that without worrying about the cost. By running this contest, we're hoping to meet more Londoners, fill our 2026-2027 calendar with love stories from our own community, and thank you for supporting a small, growing local business.
How it works
Enter the giveaway
Fill out the form at the end of this page with your wedding details, or send us a message on Instagram to enter the giveaway. Entry is free and does not require a booking.
Optional: Secure your date with a booking
If you wish to lock in your wedding date, you can book us like normal by signing our contract and paying a non-refundable deposit. Booking is completely optional and is not required to enter or win.
Calendar availability
Entering the giveaway does not reserve or hold a wedding date. All dates remain open and may be secured at any time by couples who sign a contract and pay a deposit. If the winner's original preferred date is no longer available, the prize may be used on any other open date in 2026 or 2027, subject to our calendar.
Winner selection
On May 3rd (Sunday), one eligible couple will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by the deadline. The draw will be live-streamed on our Instagram account so everyone can watch the results. The selected winner must correctly answer a standard skill-testing question to claim the prize, as required for Canadian promotions.
For booked clients
If the winning couple has already booked with us and paid a deposit for their wedding, the wedding coverage will be provided free and the deposit amount will be refunded to them after the event.

Who is eligible
- •Couples getting married in 2026 or 2027
- •Wedding must be in London, Ontario or surrounding areas (50 km radius)
- •One entry per couple
Terms and Conditions
The giveaway is open to residents of Ontario who are 18 years or older and planning a legal wedding ceremony in 2026 or 2027 within 50 km of London, Ontario.
Happix Media Productions will decide the closing date for the entries according to the public response.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be used by the winning couple on a date when Happix Media Productions is available in 2026 or 2027. If no mutually available date can be found, the prize will be forfeited.
Only one entry per couple is allowed, regardless of the number of forms submitted or booking status.
By entering, participants agree that, if they win, Happix Media Productions may use their names, wedding date, and selected images or video clips from the event in marketing materials and social media, without additional compensation.
The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone after the draw. If the winner cannot be reached within 2 days, or declines the prize, another eligible entry may be selected.
Happix Media Productions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if it cannot be run as planned due to technical issues, fraud, or other causes beyond our control. In such a case, we may cancel the draw or conduct a new draw from valid entries received up to the cancellation date.
Booking contracts, pricing, and non-refundable deposit terms for regular paid weddings remain separate from this giveaway and continue to apply to all non-winning couples.
Participating in the give-away does not guarantee that every participant is the winner. The winner is chosen by the lucky draw.
Availability of the date is not guaranteed without making a booking with the non-refundable deposit.
Entering this giveaway or participating in the lucky draw does not reserve or hold any wedding date for your event.
If you want to secure a specific date with Happix Media Productions, you must sign our wedding contract and pay the required non-refundable deposit. Those dates will be guaranteed and will not be given to other couples.
All dates remain open until booked at any time by couples who complete a contract and deposit, even if another couple has already entered the giveaway for that same date through alternate method of entry.
If your preferred date is booked by another couple before you secure it with a deposit, you may: Choose any other available date in 2026 or 2027, or decide not to move forward.
